In order to cancel your Pure Planet service and close your account, follow these steps:
- If you are still within the 14-day cooling-off period after you switched, head to the Pure Planet app.
- Go to the menu and tap on My Account.
- Select Your Details and click on the Cancel my switch button.
- If you are past the cooling-off period, you simply need to switch to another supplier and they will close your account for you.
You will not be charged any exit fees for cancelling.
