If you subscribed using your iTunes account:
- Go to your iPhone Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in)
- Scroll and tap on Subscriptions
- Tap on Pandora
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android
If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account:
- Go to play.google.com
- Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account
- On the left, click My subscriptions
- Select Pandora
- Click Manage and then Cancel Subscription
If you subscribed using the direct credit card option:
- Log into your account on the website using a computer
- Go to the Settings menu
- Click on Subscriptions
- Click on Switch Plans.
- Select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page
- Enter your password and confirm.
Your Pandora subscription will be active until the expiration date.
