You can cancel your Coverwise travel insurance policy by emailing them at
[email protected] or writing to their Sales & Service department at 4th Floor, Southfield House, Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, BN11 1RY.
Just provide them with your customer information and ask them to cancel your policy.
If you contact them within 14 days of receiving your documents, you will be able to get a full refund if you have not travelled or made any claims.
However if you cancel more than 14 days after receiving the documents, the premium will not be refunded.
