How to cancel Plusnet Mobile
- Text 'PAC' and your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) to 65075 if you want to take your number with you. For example: PAC 11/04/1990.
- Text 'STAC' and your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) to 75075 if you don't want to keep your number. For example: STAC 11/04/1990.
- Call Plusnet on 500 from a Plusnet mobile or 0800 079 1133.
- Log in to My Account.
If you want to cancel your Plusnet Mobile service and you're not moving to a different network, you'll need to call Plusnet Mobile and give 30 days notice.
Note cancelling your Plusnet Mobile service early may incur early disconnection fees.
