How to cancel Safe Cart

In order to cancel your SafeCart subscription, you will need to provide them with your billing details (name, address, phone number, email address), as well as the order number.

To cancel by phone, follow these instructions:

  1. Call the SafeCart customer care line at (855) 432-0727 (Monday - Friday 7am-8pm EST).
  2. Select Option 1 when prompted.
  3. Request to cancel and receive a refund.

If you prefer to send them an email, make sure to attach all your billing details and order number, and ask to cancel your subscription and not be charged anymore.
