- Talk to an advisor via the website live chat
- Email sky at mysky@sky.co.uk and state you want to cancel.
- Send a cancellation letter to Sky Subscribers Services Ltd, PO Box 43, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 7DD.
- Call sky at 03442 414141.
If you are on a rolling contract, you will need to give 31 days' notice of your intention to cancel.
To cancel over the phone, call: 03442 414141
Email mysky@sky.uk and ask them to cancel your account.
