How to cancel Dropbox

To cancel your Dropbox Plus or Professional account:

  1. Log into your DropBox account
  2. Click your profile in the top right corner.
  3. Click 'Settings'.
  4. Select the 'Plan' tab.
  5. Click 'Cancel Plan' at the bottom.
  6. Scroll down and click 'I still want to downgrade'.

To cancel your Dropbox Business account:

  1. Log into your DropBox account 
  2. Click 'Admin Console' from the list on the left.
  3. Click on 'Billing'.
  4. Click 'Cancel plan' at the bottom.
  5. Select a reason for cancelling and click 'Continue with cancellation'.
