To cancel your Dropbox Plus or Professional account:
- Log into your DropBox account
- Click your profile in the top right corner.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Select the 'Plan' tab.
- Click 'Cancel Plan' at the bottom.
- Scroll down and click 'I still want to downgrade'.
To cancel your Dropbox Business account:
- Log into your DropBox account
- Click 'Admin Console' from the list on the left.
- Click on 'Billing'.
- Click 'Cancel plan' at the bottom.
- Select a reason for cancelling and click 'Continue with cancellation'.
