To downgrade of cancel your FreshBooks account:
- Log into your account.
- Go to the 'People' tab.
- Check the boxes next to the Clients you want to delete.
- Click the 'Delete' button.
- Go back to the home page and click on the 'Pricing and Upgrade' section.
- Select the lower plan you wish to downgrade to and continue.
