On the website
- Log into your HBO Now account on the website.
- Go to 'Settings' in the top right corner.
- Click on 'Billing Information'.
- Disable the auto-renew switch.
- Confirm the change.
In the app
- Open the HBO Now app.
- Click the menu in the top right corner.
- Go to 'Settings' at the bottom of the drop-down list.
- Click on 'Billing Information'.
- Click on 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Disable the auto-renew switch.
- Confirm the change.
