To cancel your Avro Energy account, you need to apply to switch to a new energy provider. The new supplier will handle the switching and provide Avro Energy with your final meter readings needed to close your account directly.
If you have switched to Avro Energy and changed your mind you, can cancel your switch by calling them within the 14 day 'cooling off period'.
Note: You may be charged an exit fee upon cancelling your Avro Energy contract.
