How to cancel Better Gym
- If you have made a block payment, you will automatically be removed from the register at the end unless you repay.
- If you are paying via direct debit, simply contact their customer service via email to ask them to cancel your direct debit. They will need your name, membership number and date of birth.
If Better Gym temporarily closes down, they can freeze your account, meaning that you will retain your membership but not have to pay anything until Better Gym reopens. They will then notify you when the freezing period is due to end, you don't have to do anything. You can find more information there.
Email customerservices@gll.org and ask them to cancel your account.
