How to cancel Fitness First
I'm still within my minimum membership length but don't want to continue after it's finished and I pay by Direct Debit
You'll need to give at least one months notice before your minimum membership length ends. You'll need to continue paying until this membership ends.
After you've made your last payment, you'll also need to cancel your Direct Debit as it won't cancel automatically
I've paid my membership in full
Once your minimum membership length ends, your membership will be automatically be cancelled. You don't need to take any action unless you wish to continue training. Speak to the membership team at your club if wish to continue training
I joined less than 10 days ago
You can change your mind if you've only been to your club once and joined within the last 10 days. To cancel, speak to the membership team at your club
