How to cancel Monzo
- Log in to your Monzo account
- Click your profile picture on the top left corner of the home.
- Click on the 'Settings' icon on the top right corner.
- Scroll down the page.
- Click on 'Close Account'
- Agree to all the stepts
- Click on 'Chat With Us'
If you don't have the app installed, you can also reach out via email or phone number.
To cancel online, go to https://monzo.com/help/account-and-profile/close-account
To cancel over the phone, call: 0800 8021 456
Email help@monzo.com and ask them to cancel your account.
