How to cancel Sky Mobile

Follow these instructions to cancel your Sky Mobile contract.

If you are cancelling without switching to a different provider, you can reach out by telephone (03337590823), Sky's online form or post to Sky, Subscriber Services Ltd, PO Box 43, Livingston, EH54 7DD.

If you are switching to another provider, you can request PAC and STAC codes.

For PAC: Text “PAC” and your date of birth (DDMMYYYY) to 65075. E.g. PAC 17041987
For STAC: Text “STAC” and your date of birth (DDMMYYYY) to 75075. E.g. STAC 17041987
